Having looked on both the TUI and Caravel website there is no mention of a so called loft room, certainly when booking I would have questioned the size of the room, which I was told was 40mts . Tripadvisor gives a Travellers Choice award to accommodations, attractions and restaurants that consistently earn great reviews from travellers and are ranked within the top 10% of properties on Tripadvisor. Just make sure you dont book a loft room, which by the way was on the same floor as some staff accommodation so when they had finished their shift at night were very noisy.
